Heavy Equipment Operator

Seeking experienced heavy equipment operators for excavators (CAT 330/349) and sidebooms for pipeline right-of-way and integrity dig work in the Delaware Basin. Responsibilities: • Operate tracked excavators for pipeline trench excavation and backfill • Operate sidebooms for pipe lowering-in and lifting operations • Perform precision excavation around existing live utilities and pipelines • Conduct daily pre-trip equipment inspections and maintenance checks • Work closely with spotters, pipe crews, and welding teams • Follow grade stakes and laser levels for trench depth and grade • Load and unload equipment on trailers for mobilization Work is primarily in the Pecos/Reeves County area with occasional travel to project sites within 150 miles. Steady, year-round work with an established crew.

• Minimum 3 years experience operating tracked excavators (20T+) in pipeline or utility construction • Sideboom experience strongly preferred • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency during a field evaluation • Valid Class C driver's licence (Class A/CDL a plus) • Ability to read and understand pipeline drawings and site plans • Comfortable working in extreme heat conditions • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
