The Independent Contractors and Businesses Association (ICBA) is a construction industry association that represents open-shop builders, contractors and tradespeople in British Columbia and Alberta. It provides members with advocacy, training and apprenticeship programs, employee benefit plans, wellness resources and labour relations support. It was founded in 1975 and operates offices in Surrey and Prince George, BC, and Calgary, AB.
