What counts as an "active contact"?

A contact is active for the next 30 days when you actually work with them - log a call, email, meeting, or note; move a deal they're on through your pipeline; or send them an estimate.

Importing contacts, editing their address, or just viewing a profile doesn't count. Bring all your data in - pay only when you actually work with more than 500 contacts in a rolling 30-day window.

Example: import 5,000 leads from your old system. Free covers you indefinitely as long as you're actively working with under 500 of them per month. Idle leads sitting in your CRM don't count toward the limit.

Refer a buddy, earn $5
