I was an active participant, representing over several years, manufacturers (First President of TSSA), contractors (Co-Chair NUCA Safety Committee addressing OSHA concerns, Labor (training with representatives of unions and OSHA training institute on new standard), and ANSI committee on Excavation Safety. Chaired several committees for contractors and manufacturers. Chaired the committee that led to the placement of Appendix D into the standard. Imported the first modular aluminum systems into the states and represented several foreign slide rail entrance into the States.
