Claiming your company profile on CrewFinder lets you update your information, receive inquiries, post jobs, and display a verified badge. The process takes about 60 seconds.
Before you start
You'll need access to an email address associated with your company (ideally one that matches your company's website domain). This will speed up verification.
Step-by-step guide
1. Find your company
Use the search bar on the CrewFinder homepage to search for your company by name. You can also browse by sector or region if you're not sure exactly how your company is listed.
2. Open your company profile
Click on your company in the search results to open your profile page. This is the public page that operators and other contractors see when they find you on CrewFinder.
3. Click "Claim this listing"
Look for the "Claim this listing" button near the top of your company profile page. This is visible on any unclaimed listing.
4. Sign in
You'll be asked to sign in. CrewFinder supports three sign-in methods:
- Google: sign in with your Google account (personal or Google Workspace)
- Microsoft: sign in with your Microsoft / Office 365 account
- Email (magic link): enter your email and we'll send you a one-time sign-in link
Use your work email
Sign in with the email that matches your company's website domain (e.g., if your website is acmeconstruction.com, use your @acmeconstruction.com email). This enables instant verification.
5. Verification
After signing in, CrewFinder will verify that you're authorised to manage this listing. There are two paths:
Instant verification
If your email domain matches the company's website on file (e.g., you're signing in as jane@acmeconstruction.com and the listing has acmeconstruction.com as its website), you'll be verified instantly. You'll see a success message and be redirected to your management dashboard right away.
Manual verification
If your email domain doesn't match the listed website, your claim will be submitted for manual review. Our team reviews claims within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email when your claim is approved.
6. Start managing your listing
Once verified, you'll land on your management dashboard. From here you can update your company information, add locations, services, certifications, and more. See Your Dashboard: Overview for a full tour.
Troubleshooting
Didn't get the verification email?
- Check your spam or junk folder; verification emails sometimes land there.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Try a different sign-in method. If you used email (magic link), try signing in with Google or Microsoft instead, using the same email address.
- Still stuck? Contact us at support@crewfinder.info and we'll help you get verified.
"Account already linked" error
If you see an error about your account already being linked to a different sign-in method, it means you've previously signed in with a different provider (e.g., you first used Google but are now trying Microsoft with the same email).
How to fix this
Sign in using the same method you used the first time. If you originally signed in with Google, use Google again. If you used Microsoft, use Microsoft. The email address must match, and the provider must match.
Can't find your company?
If your company isn't listed on CrewFinder yet, you can create a new listing for free. It takes about 2 minutes.
